Order Status

What's up with my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. You must be registered and signed in to see this link.
Can I change details about my order?
No. Once you have approved your design, selected your product options and checked out you are unable to make any changes to the order. Processing begins immediately and therefore any options cannot be modified.
Oh no, my order never made it!
Processing of orders generally takes between 3-5 business days, plus the alloted amount of time for shipping. If it has been a substantial amount of time past the expected delivery date, please contact technical support to resolve your issue.
Pricing & Billing

Do I pay sales tax? It's online!
Nope. We're a Delaware based business and currently, there is not a sales tax!
Info about charges
In the account manager, you may compare your shipped orders with your personal records. If there is any problem or if you have questions about a charge please contact us to discuss.
When will I be charged?
Once you place an order, it is processed immediately. In most cases you will be billed instantly, however it could take up to 48 hours for the charges to reflect.
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of the business, there is a strict no-return policy. Orders begin processing immediately upon completing your purchase, which means there isn't any time to change or cancel an order in the event of a mistake. Every person is responsible for proofing their design front and back before completing the order. You are responsible for all spelling, grammar, uploaded image quality, colors, etc.
I've got a promotion code! How do I use it?
Congratulations! We hope to always make promotion codes plentiful. You will be able to enter your code and reflect the discount on the checkout page (after you have created your product and selected options). If your code does not work, double check that it is correct and if it still doesn't work it may have been discontinued.
Upload-a-Design Requirements

Can I include the front and back designs in one file?
Each side of your artwork must be in a separate file. Do not put both front and back in the same file.
Should I include crop marks in my design?
Dont ever include crop marks in your artwork. Always submit your artwork at trim size + bleed. An example of bleed setup for a 4" x 6" postcard would be 4.125" x 6.125".
Should overprint be turned on or off?
It is STRONGLY suggested that overprint is turned off to avoid unexpected results. Overprint can cause unacceptable prints.
What are the bleed requirements?
All files must include a 1/8" (0.125 inch) bleed regardless if your design bleeds to the edge or not. An example of bleed setup for a 4" x 6" postcard would be 4.125" x 6.125".
What are the bleed requirements?
All rasterized (bitmap) images must be at least 300 dpi. However, 400 dpi for photo images and 1200 dpi for text and line art is highly recommended.
What color mode should my files be?
All files should be sent in CMYK. Any files submitted in RGB may experience unacceptable color shifting. This produces bad results and files will not be re-printed. You are responsible for setting the color mode.
What file types are accepted?
.AI (Adobe Illustrator), .PSD (Adobe Photoshop), .EPS, .PDF, JPG, .TIF
